Direct Rates and Booking:

January 1st 2012 - March 30th 2012 - $3,500.00 per week

March 31st 2012 - December 21st 2012 - $2,500.00 per week*

December 22nd 2012 - January 5th 2013 - $6,000.00 per week

January 6th 2013 - March 30th 2013 - $3,500.00 per week

*  4th of July week (June 30 - July 7, 2012) is $2,800.00

All rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday rentals.

Primary renter must be age 25 or older.

Deposit:

A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made in order to reserve dates.

Final Payment:

Remaining balance of lease plus 9.4% lodging tax and a $500.00 damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to start of lease.

Damage deposit will be returned 30 days after the last day of lease less any damage or excess use expenses.

All rents paid are non-refundable.

Vehicle Use:

A valid driver's license and proof of insurance must be provided in order to use the Suburban.

*Use of the suburban is at the sole risk of the tenant; tenant is responsible for any and all damages to vehicle. Damage deposit applies.

Capacity:

The maximum number allowed to stay is 10 including children.

Pets:

No pets of any kind are allowed at the Villa.

Check In - Check Out:

Check in time is 4:00pm - Check out time is 10:00am.

There is a $50.00 per hour late check out charge.

No smoking is allowed in or on Villa Property.
