Denver is 160 miles away, it takes 3 to 3 1/2 hours to drive to Steamboat Springs. The county airport Yampa Valley
Regional is 22 miles away(commercial flights) and the Steamboat Springs Airport-Bob Adams Stolport (private planes only) is
3 miles away.
The Villa at Steamboat
is located on the ski-mountain two miles from the downtown area of Steamboat Springs. The Villa is
not a ski-in/ski-out,
but it has the best views in Steamboat and it is only a couple of minutes to the slope. With the parking pass and ski storage,
it is just like ski-in/ski-out! The view from the Villa looks onto 15 runs and has a 30 mile view of the Steamboat Valley.
The Villa is furnished with top of the line furniture, bedding, linens and décor. The sauna and the outdoor hot tub
will relax you after a hard day on the slopes.
The maximum occupancy
at the Villa is ten, including children. We are unable to
accommodate pets.
The following
are a list of amenities included in your rental of the Villa:
1. Suburban automobile seats 8-10 with 4 wheel drive (You must present proof
of insurance, all vehicle damage is renter responsibility)

Eight (8) person jacuzzi on deck overlooking the ski runs and 30 miles view of the valley
3. Eight (8) person dry sauna
4. Washer and dryer
5. Five flat screen TV’s with Cable. Living room includes Cable TV, DVD & VCR
6. Free Wireless Internet
7. Fully appointed kitchen, microwave, stainless refrigerator, trash compactor, etc.

Wet Bar & Fireplace, charcoal BBQ grill
9. Stereo System with speakers in living room, jacuzzi area, dry sauna, and
master bedroom
10. Bedrooms - Three (3) king size beds, one (1) queen size, and 5th bedroom with two (2) full size beds
Check in time is 4:00 pm
and check out time is 10:00 am.
Additional charge of $50.00 per hour if you check out after 10:00 am.
Leasing Detail:
A deposit of ½ of the weekly rate must be made at the time of reservation. The balance of the weekly rate,
a $500.00 deposit and 9.4% lodging tax is due 30 days before scheduled reservation. Only the $500.00 deposit is refundable
less any damage to the rental property. Terry Sports will provide Villa guests a parking pass for anyone who leases skis from
them. This is free covered parking for the suburban at the ski shop (ski-in/ski-out) and free ski storage at the end of the
day. You must rent your skis from Terry Sports in order to receive the free parking pass and the free ski storage, Terry Sports
can be reached at 1-800-233-7547.

Transportation service is available from Alpine Taxi and Limousine,
the rates very upon which airport you choose to fly into and type of transport vehicle. You can see a list of rates on their
